Turning AI noise
into signal.
I help small and mid-sized companies put AI to work where it genuinely pays for itself. One partner, from the first idea to the finished system.

You're not alone.
Almost every leader I meet feels both at once: a clear sense that AI matters – and a sense of being overwhelmed. What is hype, what would be a mistake to ignore, and how does “AI” become more for your people than another chatbot? What I offer is clarity in the AI noise: an overview of the possibilities that are genuinely relevant to you – and clear first steps that pay off for your business right away.
Data, knowledge and processes – scattered across too many places?
Tidy up first, then power up the AI.
Before AI even comes into it, there are a few honest questions to answer: where does the information live that the business can’t run without? Can people find it when they need it? Does it all fit together? More often than not, what turns up is a mess that has grown over the years: key figures on one person’s laptop, tools everyone depends on but nobody likes, knowledge that lives only in a handful of heads. So we start by tidying up together – fewer sources, a single source of truth, a team that can work well with it. Only on a clean foundation can AI live up to its promise.
Paying for software your team works around?
Custom software is no longer a luxury.
Many companies pay monthly for SaaS tools full of features nobody really uses – yet missing the ones they actually need. So teams make do with custom fields and spreadsheets on the side. Building your own used to mean months of work and corporate budgets. AI coding agents have changed that: with the right person steering them, a tool built around the way you work can be ready in weeks, and it’s entirely yours – no license fees, no rationing seats. And a tool like this is often what makes AI pay off in the first place: an assistant that reads your inbox or drafts follow-ups is only as good as the system it runs on.
Consultants don't build. Developers often don't know what's worth building.
I offer both.
Years as a strategy and innovation consultant taught me how to read the tangle of processes and problems inside a company and turn it into something workable. And unlike most consultants, I’m also the one who builds that solution, puts it into practice and keeps improving it with you. One partner, from the first conversation to the system that’s actually running.
Years of experience with big brands, now put to work for small and mid-sized companies.
I started out on the strategy side: for a decade I was a strategy and innovation consultant in Copenhagen, London, New York and Berlin, helping global brands understand their customers and decide what was worth doing. During the pandemic I taught myself to code – and I haven’t stopped building since: as Digital Lead of a global strategy consultancy, for its clients and for the firm itself, and from 2023 with AI. Many of those systems are still in use today.
Small and mid-sized companies face the same questions as large ones. What’s different is what’s at stake: here, one decision shapes the whole business – not just a line in a quarterly report.
SOME OF THE BRANDS I'VE WORKED FOR
A few examples of my work where AI is put to targeted use.
Had developers who barely keep you in the loop?
No vanishing acts, no jargon walls.
My years as a consultant taught me to talk to clients often and clearly about the plan we share and where things actually stand. I work closely with you, speak in plain language, and raise the questions I see coming before they land on you. And I hold myself to being straight with you – including when AI turns out not to be the right answer. Sometimes a simple website or an internal tool is all a client needs at that moment – and it can lay a clean foundation for adding AI later.
TYPICAL STEPS
Understand.
First I get a picture of your business: the model, where the value is created, the everyday processes and the data they run on, along with your biggest pain points. Then, together with you, I find the places where AI can make a real difference. What comes out is a clear, honest overview: what’s worth doing, what isn’t, and what to watch out for.
Design & build.
Together we design a solution and build it. Whenever it’s possible and makes sense, we hook it into the tools you already use: your CRM, your email, your files, your project system. The use cases run from simple integrations, through genuinely useful assistants, all the way to entire platforms where your team gets its work done every day. More and more often, that also means agents: systems that pursue clearly defined business goals on their own – acquiring and getting to know new customers, say, or spotting new market opportunities before the competition sees them.
Maintain, evolve & share.
Once it’s live, I help you keep the solution in good shape and grow it as your needs change. Prefer to keep it in your own hands? Enabling your team is part of what I do: I show your people how to run, maintain and evolve these systems with confidence – or how to set up the next ones themselves. That way the know-how stays in-house and keeps growing.
Are data protection and compliance worries holding up your first steps with AI?
Europe-friendly, transparent AI.
AI shouldn’t be something you have to trust blindly. I build systems whose decisions stay traceable and that can be paused at any time. The decisions that matter most are still made by people – exactly as the GDPR requires for automated decisions with a significant effect. And you decide where your data lives and which paths it’s allowed to take, so compliance isn’t an afterthought – it’s part of the architecture.
